摘    要:目的探讨小儿泌尿道感染常见病原菌变化以及抗菌药物的应用.方法对我院38例泌尿道感染患儿进行回顾性分析,用K-B法进行药敏分析,并按NCCLS标准判断细菌耐药性.结果病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为多,大肠埃希菌占42.1%,革兰阳性球菌感染比例有上升趋势,占26.3%;细菌对常用抗菌药物产生多重耐药性,氨苄西林耐药性高,头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、阿米卡星、万古霉素、亚胺培南是目前最敏感抗菌药物.结论重视泌尿道感染病原菌耐药性检测,以药敏试验选用抗菌药物进行治疗十分重要.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To learn the changes in pathogenic bacteria and the uses of antibiotics in urinary tract infection for children. METHODS The clinical data of 38 cases of children with urinary tract infections were analyzed retrospectively. All of the isolates were tested by Kirby-Bauer susceptibility method, and the antibiotic resistance was judged according to NCCLS standard. RESULTS Gram-negative bacilli were the most common pathogens, the majority was Escherichia coli occupied 42.1%, the rate of Gram-positive cocci which was 26.3% went up. The multiple drug resistances of bacteria were seen in the most isolates to the commonly used antibiotics, showing drug-resistance to ampicillin with related data. Cefoperazone/sulbactam, amikacin, vancomycin and imipenem were the most sensitive drugs presently. CONCLUSIONS Much attention should be paid to drug resistance detection in the treatment of urinary tract infections, and the antibiotics must be selected according to the results of susceptibility tests.
