| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肾窦内肾盂加肾后下部切开取石治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效.方法:采用肾窦内肾盂加肾后下部切开取石治疗46例复杂性肾结石病人.结果:41例1次取尽结石,手术时间平均115分钟,手术中均未输血,术后无继发出血.结论:肾窦内肾盂加肾后下部切开取石是治疗复杂性肾结石的一种安全有效的方法.具有术中出血少、肾功能受损轻、术后并发症少等优点.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of intrasinusal pyelolithotomy plus postrenal low pole segmentalincision for removal of calculus for the treatment of complex renal calculi.Methods 46 cases of complex renal cal-culi treated with intrasinusal pyelolithotomy plus postrenal low pole segmental incision for removal of calculuswere analysed.Results The stones were totally removed in 41 cases.The average operation time was 115 minutes.Blood transfusion during the procedure was not required and postoperative bleeding was not observed.ConclusionIt is concluded that the intrasinusal pyelolithotomy plus postrenal low pole segmental incision for removal of cal-culus is an effective and safe method for treatment of complex renal calculus.The procedure has advantage of lessbleeding,preservating more renal function,and less postoperative complications. |
