| 摘 要： | 临床学科教学秘书是担负临床教研室教学管理职能的专业人员，在临床教学管理中起到协助和协调作用。教学秘书要热爱教学工作，具有敬业精神和奉献精神，过硬的政治素质，较高的本专业业务素质与文案工作能力，健康的心理素质，善于处理人际关系。在教学秘书队伍建设中要加强思想政治学习、提高政治敏锐性，加强教学管理理论的学习、不断提高业务素质，及时调整、优化配置。
