脲酶传导速率法测定血清尿素

摘    要:目的 了解脲酶传导速率法测定血清尿素的实验特点。方法 采用脲酶传导速率法测定血清尿素,并与酶偶联法进行比较。结果 批内精密度为2.67%,2.06%和1.17%,批间精密度分别为3.02%,2.19%和1.82%,线性范围达46.80mmol/L,平均回收率100.71%,脲酶法(Y)与酶偶联法(X)比较:Y=1.0872X-0.4893,r=0.9995,且两者差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论 脲酶传导速率法测定尿素特异、快速、干扰因素少,适合临床应用。

Abstract:Objective To understand the characteristics of urease conductivity rate method of urea in serum.Methods To apply urease conductivity rate method for determination of urea in serum and to compare it with enzymoanalysis.Results In this method,within run CV s of 2 67%,2 06% and 1.17%;Between run CV s of 3 02%,2 19% and 1 82% The linear range of urea concentration was up to 46 80mmol/L.The mean rate of recovery was 100 71%.Comparison with enzymoanalysis (X) ,yield a correlable equation of Y =1 087 2 X -0 489 3, r =0 999 5, P >0 05.Conclusion This method has advantage of specific reaction and rapid report for clincal application
