| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨丹蒲前列回春丸治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/慢性盆底疼痛综合征（chronic pelvic pain syndromes CPPS）的疗效。方法：选择符合美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）诊断标准的慢性前列腺炎Ⅲ型患者80例。口服丹蒲前列回春丸,每日3次,每次9克,45天为一个疗程;结果：完成治疗的74例患者NIH-CPSI（NIH-chronic prostatitis symptom index）总评分治疗后与治疗前相比平均降低52.4%,结论;丹蒲前列回春丸治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/慢性盆底疼痛综合征安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective to observe the therapeutic effect of Dan pu qian lie hui chun wan treatment chronic pelvic pain syndromes.Methods Totally 80 cases of chronic pelvic pain syndromes were given to the treatment group,9g,Tid Po;45 days was one treatment time Results the finished treatment group were 74 cases of NIH-chronic prostatitis symptom index was lower 52.4% than before,Conclusion Dan pu qian lie hui chun wan treatment chronic pelvic pain syndromes was safe and get better therapeutic. |
