银杏叶提取液对大肠杆菌代谢的作用

摘    要:(1)目的:探讨银杏叶提取液对大肠杆菌代谢的作用。(2)方法采用微量热法测定了不同质量浓度的银杏叶提取液对大肠杆菌代谢作用的热功率-时间曲线,按指数生长模型,计算出大肠杆菌在不同质量浓度的银杏叶撮以液中的生长速度常数。(3)结果:促进大肠杆菌代谢最适宜的银杏叶提取液的质量浓度为110g/L.(4)结论:银杏叶提取液有促进大肠杆菌代谢的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the action of Folium Ginkgo extractive fluid on metabolism of E.coli. Methods Different concentrations of Folium Ginkgo extractive fluid and the time power curves of the action of the fluids on the metabolism on E.coli were determined by using microcalorimetric method. The growth rate constants of E.coli in different concentrations of the extractive fluid were calculated. Results The most applicable concentration in promoting the metabolism of E.coli was 110g/L. Conclusion Folium Ginkgo extractive fluid has the role of improving metabolism of E.coli.
