慢性肾炎伴肾小管间质损伤患者肾组织表皮生长因子含量变化及其意义

目的 探讨表皮生长因子（hEGF)在慢性肾小球肾炎（ＣＧＮ）肾小管间质病变中的作用。方法 采用放射免疫分析法检测３６例ＣＧＮ患者及１３例正常人血清、尿和肾活检组织hEGF的含量。结果 ＣＧＮ患者组织和尿hＥＧＦ含量均显著高于对照组，且肾小管间质病变愈严重，肾组织hEGF含量愈高；尿hEGF含量与肾组织hEGF含量呈高度正相。结论 hEGF在ＣＧＮ肾小管间质损伤过程中可能具有重要作用，尿hEGF含量检测可反映肾局部hEGF含量变化。

Evaluation and significance of human epidermal growth factor level in renal tissues in chronic glomerulonephritis with tubulointerstitial lesions

Objective To study the effect of human epidermal growth factor (hEGF) on tubulointerstitial lesions in patients with chronic glomerulnephritis (CGN).Methods The levels of HEGF in serum, urine and renal biopsy tissues in 36 patients were detected by RIA and compared with 13 normal controls.Results The hEGF levels in patients'renal tissues and urine were sighificantly higher than those in normal controls,and the distribution was correlated with the extent of tubulointerstitial lesions. There was significantly positive correlation between urinary and renal HEGF level.Conclusion HEGF is probably involved in tubulinterstitial lesions in patients with CGN and urinary HEGF level may reflect change of renal HEGF level.
