The Relationship Between the Total Health Expenditure and Growth Rate of GDP

The mathematical model is establishing in a perfect health condition, and will calculate the total health expenditure and its growth. The results show that total health expenditure with the development of socio- economic level is increasing, but the growth rate is lower than GDP, and to meet the specified threshold. So when consistent with perfect health status, the health care will not cause a disaster of a country or region, it will not cause many people absence of health insurance. Thus, it proposes that the improved goals of national health service system is a perfect health.
