长沙地区55岁及以上人群老年痴呆相关知识知晓率调查

目的 调查长沙地区55岁及以上人群对老年痴呆防治相关知识的知晓情况。方法 采用分层随机抽样方法选取长沙地区55岁及以上人群10 026例,进行老年期痴呆相关知识问卷调查。结果 有效问卷为9 529例,对老年期痴呆相关知识的平均知晓率为45.06%。其中城市与农村、不同年龄、不同文化程度、不同个人收入、不同职业人群知晓率的组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;多元线性回归分析结果显示：城乡、文化程度、个人年收入、就业状况进入回归方程（P〈0.01）。结论 长沙地区55岁及以上人群对老年期痴呆防治相关知识知晓率水平较低,需进一步加强相应的科普知识普及。

Investigation of the awareness rate about senile dementia related knowledge in population above 55-years-old in Changsha

Objective To investigate the awareness status of senile dementia related knowledge in population above 55-years- old in Changsha. Methods 10 126 subjects above 55-years-old in Changsha were recruited by using stratified random sampling and were investigated with self-designed senile dementia related knowledge questionnaire. Results 9 529 effective questionnaire were obtained. The awareness rate about senile dementia related knowledge was 45.06%. There were significant variations in awareness rate between urban residents and rural residents, among different age groups, different education levels, different income groups, different occupation groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that dwelling region, education level, average annual income and occupation entered the regression equation of awareness rate （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The awareness rate of senile dementia related knowledge was relatively low in people above 55-years-old in Changsha. Health education should to be promoted to popularize related knowledge about senile dementia.
