超短波配合电脑中频治疗老年性膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

目的 观察超短波配合电脑中频治疗老年性膝关节骨性关节炎（knee osteoarthritis,KOA）的临床疗效.方法 将100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组采用超短波配合电脑中频;对照组采用口服布洛芬胶囊.治疗前及2个疗程结束后进行相关临床功能及疗效评定.结果 对照组治疗后与治疗前比较,疼痛及行走能力、疼痛及上下楼能力及综合评分差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;而肿胀,屈曲度及强直、挛缩评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.治疗组与对照组治疗后相比,组间差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗组50例,临床控制23例,显效18例,有效7例,无效2例,总显效率82%,总有效率96%;对照组50例,临床控制7例,显效14例,有效21例,无效8例,总显效率42%,总有效率84%.结论 采用超短波配合电脑中频治疗老年性KOA疗效显著,优于口服布洛芬胶囊.

Curative effect of ultrashort wave with computer intermediate frequency to treat age-related knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the curative effect of ultrashort wave with computer intermediate frequency to treat age-related knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were given ultrashort wave with computer intermediate frequency,while the control group were given per os Ibuprofen capsules.Clinical function and curative effect assessment were conducted before the treatment and after two treatment courses.Results After the treatment,it was different from before the treatment in the treatment group in pain,walk ability,going up-and-down stair ability and comprehensive grading,and the difference was of statistic significance(P<0.05).But the difference in swelling,buckling degree,rigidity and contracture grading was not of statistic significance(P>0.05).Among the 50 in the treatment group,23 clinical control,18 clearly effective,7 effective,2 ineffective,the total apparent effective rate was 82% and the total effective rate was 96%.Among the 50 in the control group,7 clinical control,14 clearly effective,21 effective,8 ineffective,he total apparent effective rate was 42%and the total effective rate was 84%.Conclusion The curative effect of ultrashort wave with computer intermediate frequency to treat age-related knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is remarkable,which is superior to per os Ibuprofen capsules.
