肾动脉栓塞治疗6例肾穿刺活检术或肾镜取石术术后大出血

目的:探讨超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾穿刺活检术或经皮肾镜取石术术后继发大出血的临床价值。方法:回顾分析6例肾穿刺活检术或经皮肾镜取石术术后并发大出血接受超选择性肾动脉栓塞介入治疗的患者的相关资料。结果:在超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗后,6例患者的大出血均立即得到控制,且术后1周、2周、4周随访均无迟发性出血。所有患者术后均无明显肾功能损害。结论:超选择性肾动脉栓塞是治疗肾穿刺活检术及经皮肾镜取石术术后继发大出血的首选方法。

Super-Selective Renal Arterial Embolization in the Treatment of Massive Hemorrhage after Renal Biopsy or Mini-Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of super-selective renal arterial embolization in the treatment of massive hemorrhage after renal biopsy or mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods：A total of 6 patients with massive hemorrhage after renal biopsy or mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy were treated with super-selective renal arterial embolization.Results： The hemorrhage in all 6 cases was under control immediately after the treatment of super-selective renal arterial embolization,without late hemorrhage at the 1st week,2nd week and 4th week after the embolization.No obvious renal impairment was observed in all cases.Conclusions： Surper-selective renal arterial embolization is a good way to treat massive hemorrhage after renal biopsy or mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
