龙藤筋骨片的小鼠急性毒性实验研究

目的通过实验观察龙藤筋骨片混悬液灌胃后小鼠的急性毒性,以评价龙藤筋骨片的安全性。方法根据中药、天然药物急性毒性实验研究技术指导原则,龙藤筋骨片以混悬液剂型,以最大给药体积、最大给药浓度,对实验小鼠灌胃给药。以可测取数据对给药组小鼠和对照组小鼠进行比较,采用t检验,以P〉0.05为差异无统计学意义。结果对给药组小鼠和对照组小鼠进行给药后体质量对照,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论实验小鼠的给药剂量相当于临床人用剂量的266.7倍,未见实验小鼠有毒性反应,可见本品安全性较高。

Acute toxicity experiment of Longteng Jingu tablets on mice

Objective To observe the acute toxicity of Longteng Jingu tablets on mice through experiment after filling the suspension of the tablets in order to evaluate the security of Longteng Jingu tablets.Methods According to the technical guidelines for the acute toxicity experiment on traditional Chinese medicine and natural medicine,the suspension of Longteng Jingu tablets dosage form was filled into the tested mice at the maximum dose volume and the maximum drug concentration.The measured data between the treatment group mice and the control group mice were compared by means of T-test,and the difference was not of statistic significance(P>0.05).Results The body weight contrast between the treatment group mice and the control group mice after experiment showed the difference was not of statistic significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical equivalent dose in mice was 266.7 times as much as that in human,but with no toxic reaction on mice,which showed the high security of the product.
