摘    要:目的了解基层医院患者感染的现状,为临床用药和提高院内感染控制水平提供依据。方法利用横断面调查方法,采取床旁调查检验和查阅相关病历相结合的方法,将调查时间内处于感染状态的病人进行统计分析。结果实际调查了192例病人,现患率为6.25%;感染部位以呼吸道为主;感染病原菌以革兰氏阴性菌为主。结论应提高医院患者感染的诊断水平,提高病原菌送检率和药敏实验,以便加强抗菌药物的合理使用,避免耐药菌的产生与院内感染性疾病的流行,有效地预防与控制院内感染。

Abstract:Objective To understand the situation of infection among patients at a primary hospital and to provide support for clinical medication and control nosocomial infection.Methods By means of cross-section survey,bedside inquiry check together with consulting the medical records of inpatients was adopted to statistically analyze the patients with infection during the investigation period.Res ults Among the 192 investigated patients,the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection was 6.25%.The infection sites were mainly in respiratory tract.The pathogenic bacteria of infection were mainly Gram negative bacteria.Conclus ion The diagnosis level of infection in hospital patients should be improved,sample examination rate and drug sensitive experiment of pathogenic bacteria should be increased,thus to strengthen the rational use of antibiotics to prevent the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria and to control the prevalence of nosocomial infectious diseases.
