景观疗养为主的综合干预对慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者的康复作用

目的研究景观疗养为主的综合干预对慢性溃疡性结肠炎（UC）患者的康复作用,并探讨UC的景观疗养护理方法。方法将患者随机分成两组,对照组采用常规治疗,实验组则在常规治疗的基础上,配合以景观疗养为主的综合护理,疗程为15d。采用《溃疡性结肠炎的诊断及疗效标准》对患者进行慢性UC评定,并且对两组在治疗前后分别进行症状自评量表（SCL-90）评分。结果实验组治疗UC的总有效率为85.7%,显著高于对照组的68.0%（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后SCL-90各因子评分均有下降趋势,其中实验组躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁和精神病性4项与治疗前比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而对照组仅有抑郁项在治疗前后的差异具有统计学意义。且治疗后,实验组的抑郁项评分降低值显著低于对照组。结论景观疗养为主的护理有利于促进及巩固慢性UC患者的治疗效果,其作用机制可能与患者的心理改善有关。

Rehabilitation effect of landscape recuperation-centered comprehensive intervention on patients with chronic ulcerative colitis

Objective To study the rehabilitation effect of landscape recuperation-centered comprehensive intervention on patients with chronic ulcerative colitis(UC)and to explore the nursing methods of landscape rehabilitation on UC.Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group with conventional clinical treatment and the experimental group with landscape recuperation-centered comprehensive intervention as well as conventional clinical treatment.The treatment course was 15 days.Then the patients with chronic UC were assessed by Ulcerative Colitis Diagnosis and Treatment Standards and the two groups were graded by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)before and after the treatment.Results The total treatment effective rate of the experimental group with landscape recuperation-centered comprehensive intervention was 85.7%,which is significantly higher than that(68.0%)of the control group(P<0.05).The SCL-90 scores of both groups decreased after treatment.In the experimental group,the scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and psychoticism decreased from those before the treatment,and the difference was of statistic significance(P<0.05).While in the control group only the difference in the distress item was of statistic significance.After treatment,the score of the distress item in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Landscape recuperation-centered comprehensive intervention can promote and consolidate the curative effect of the patients with chronic UC,whose mechanism of action may be related to the psychological improvement of the patients.
