髋关节退行性病变的临床影像诊断分析

目的 探讨髋关节退行性病变患者的临床影像诊断.方法 将20例髋关节退行性病变患者的临床特点、实验室检查、X线检查相结合进行讨论.结果 髋关节退行性病变好发于中老年人,是一组老年性退行性的慢性髋关节病.病变发展过程中不常伴有全身性症状.结论 髋关节退行性病变在常规X线摄片检查中结合临床一般可作出明确诊断,工作中要注意鉴别诊断.

Clinical imaging diagnostic analysis of hip joint degenerative change

Objective To probe into the clinical imaging diagnosis of patients with hip joint degenerative change.Methods The clinical features,laboratory tests and X-ray examinations of 20 cases with hip joint degenerative change clinical features were combined and discussed.Results Hip joint degenerative change is likely to occur in the middle-aged and elderly people,and is a series of age-related regressive chronic hip joint disease.Lesion development process is not always associated with systemic symptoms.Conclusion Hip joint degenerative change can be exactly diagnosed in conventional X-ray examination with clinical symptoms.Attention should be paid to differential diagnosis in daily work.
