某部2011年度新兵心理健康状况的调查分析

目的 量化评估2011年度某部1 753名新兵心理健康状况及相关影响因素,为有效对新兵实施心理干预及心理素质训练提供科学依据.方法 应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对1 753名新兵进行团体心理测试,并将结果与中国陆军新兵常模、中国新兵常模及中国军人常模比较.结果 ①1 753名新兵SCL-90的总分及各因子得分均显著低于2000年中国新兵常模及1999年中国军人男性常模（P＜0.01）;与2005年中国陆军新兵常模比较：抑郁因子、敌对因子得分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,恐怖因子得分高于陆军新兵常模,差异有高度统计学意义（P＜0.01）,SCL-90总分及其他因子分低于陆军常模,差异有高度统计学意义（P＜0.01）.②可见非步兵组新兵的SCL-90的总分及各因子得分均显著高于步兵组新兵（P＜0.01）.结论 2011年新兵整体心理健康状况较好.

Investigation analysis of mental health condition among the new recruits in 2011 in a certain army

Objective To quantitatively evaluate the mental health condition and relevant influencing factors among 1 753 new army recruits in 2011 in a certain army,so as to provide effectively scientific proof for psychological intervention and psychological quality training to new army recruits.Methods SCL-90 was adopted to conduct team mental tests for 1 753 new army recruits,and the results were compared with the norms of China ground force new recruits,China new army recruits and Chinese soldiers.Results ①Total scores of SCL-90 and each factor score of 1 753 recruits are remarkably lower than the norm of Chinese recruits in 2000 and the norm of Chinese male soldiers in 1999(P<0.01).Compared with the norm of China ground force new recruits in 2005,the differences between depression factor score and hostility factor score were of no statistic significance(P>0.05).The terror factor score was higher than the norm of the ground force new recruits and the difference was of high statistic significance(P<0.01).②Total scores of SCL-90 and each factor score of the non-infantry recruits were clearly higher than those of the infantry recruits(P<0.01).Conclusion The general mental health condition of the new army recruits in 2011 is quite satisfactory.
