心理护理对抑郁症患者康复的影响

目的研究心理护理对抑郁症患者康复的影响。方法将102例抑郁症患者随机分为心理护理组（54例）和对照组（48例）,对照组采用抗抑郁药治疗和常规护理;心理护理组在与对照组同样护理的基础上实施心理护理干预,两组患者均采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）来评定治疗效果。结果两组患者在入院时和入院两周后的SDS与SAS得分差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,而心理护理组患者在出院时SDS得分（11.14±3.79）与SAS得分（10.46±3.17）则明显低于对照组SDS得分（23.84±5.76）与SAS得分（18.67±4.56）,差异具有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论心理护理可提高抑郁症患者的治疗效果,加强心理护理有助于抑郁症患者的心理康复,促进其早日回归社会。

Influence of psychological nursing on the rehabilitation of depression patients

Objective To study the influence of psychological nursing on the rehabilitation of depression patients.Methods 102 patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups,54 in psychological nursing group and 48 in control group.The control group was given antidepressant and conventional nursing,while the psychological nursing group was given psychological nursing intervention besides the treatment for the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were assessed by SDS and SAS.Results The difference of SDS and SAS among the patients in the two groups during the admission to the hospital and two weeks after admission was not of statistic significance(P>0.05),while the scores of SDS and SAS of the psychological nursing group(SDS 11.14±3.79,SAS 10.46±3.17)when leaving the hospital were obviously lower than that of the control group(SDS 23.84±5.76,SAS 18.67±4.56),and the difference was of high statistic significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve the treatment effect for patients with depression.Reinforcing psychological nursing can help the patients with psychological rehabilitation so as to encourage them to return to society early.
