尺骨鹰嘴骨折合并肘关节脱位的治疗及护理

目的:观察不同方法治疗经尺骨鹰嘴骨折的肘关节脱位的临床疗效及护理方法。方法:回顾分析我院2008年3月～2010年5月间资料完整的120例经鹰嘴骨折并肘关节脱位患者,依据治疗方法不同分为观察及对照组,观察组采用切开复位钢板内固定术治疗,对照组应用张力带固定治疗,对比治疗后两组患者骨愈合及肘关节功能恢复情况,总结护理方法,观察患者的治疗效果。结果:两组患者平均愈合时间为10.2周,均骨性愈合,观察组治疗后肘关节活动范围及Broberg和Morrey评分显著高于对照组,组间比较有统计学差异P<0.05。结论:切开复位钢板内固定治疗经鹰嘴的肘关节骨折脱位,固定可靠,疗效确切,术后配合优质的护理及早期功能锻练,对患者康复有积极意义。

Treatment and nursing for patients with olecranon fracture complicated with elbow dislocation

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of different therapies in treating olecranon fracture complicated with elbow dislocation and corresponding nursing measures.Methods: Clinical data of 120 fully-documented patients with olecranon fracture complicated with elbow dislocation admitted to our hospital from March 2008 to May 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.And these patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatments.The observation group was treated with open reduction plate internal fixation,while the control group was treated with tension band fixation.Bone healing and elbow function were compared between the two groups.Nursing experience were also summarized.Results: The average bone healing time of the two groups was 10.2 weeks.The scope of activities of elbow joint was larger and Broberg and Morrey scores higher in the observation group than that of the control group showing significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Open reduction plate internal fixation is effective on olecranon fracture complicated with elbow dislocation;high quality nursing and early functional training is helpful for the recovery.
