健康管理现状及发展趋势探析

本文介绍了健康管理概念,服务流程及美国的健康管理计划。阐述了我国健康管理发展现状并进行了需求分析,指出健康管理发展的3大依托平台:强化社区卫生服务功能,实现社区卫生服务和健康管理的相互促进;以医院为依托发展健康管理;第3方健康管理公司与社会医疗保险机构,健康保险公司之间的合作机制,实现共赢。提倡通过推行健康管理,平衡医患之间的信息不对称,促进医患关系和谐。

EXPLORATION OF THE CURRENT STATUS AND THE DEVELOPMENT TENDENCY OF HEALTH MANAGEMENT

This paper introduced the concept of health management,the service processes and the health management plan of United States. With the clarification of the development status of China's health management and the analysis of its demand,the paper pointed out the development of health management based on three platforms:strengthening community health services and achieving community health services and mutual promotion of health management;the development of health management relying on hospital;third party health management companies,the social medical insurance institution,cooperation mechanism of health insurance companies to achieve a win-win situation. It is necessary to promote the adoption of health management,achieve the balance between Doctor-Patient's asymmetric information,and to promote a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
