| 摘 要： | 目的:研制医院日常使用的检测乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)室内质控血清。方法:筛选HBsAg阳性血清,分为1组(60℃加热1h)、2组(98℃加热1min)、3组(乙醚6h)、4组(pH2.4处理6 h)进行灭活。用ELISA法检测灭活前后效果。结果:1组最好,2组、3组较好,4组最差。结论:所采用的4种灭活方法制备的HBsAg阳性血清,用ELISA法检测HBsAg的灭活结果,4种方法都阳性(符合),可作为室内质控血清供医院日常使用。
