| 摘 要： | 目的：为探讨肝病患者超声波骨质、血清降钙素、钙、磷的变化规律和临床意义。方法各型肝病１８１例，进行超声波骨质，血清降钙素、钙、磷检测。结果各型肝炎均有不同程度的超声波骨质、血清钙、磷降低，降钙素升高。结论肝病患者有不同程度的肝性骨营养不良，其变化值与肝病病情一致，利用超声波骨质测量仪可进行骨质代谢变化的监测

| Abstract: | Aim\ To elucidate the clinical significance of variance of ultrasonic bone quality and serum calcitonin, calcium and phosphorus in patients with viral hepatitis. Methods\ 181 patients with various types of viral hepatis were examined for ultrasonic bone quality, serum calcitonin(CT),calcium(Ca) and phosphorus(P).Results\ In all the patients the levels of ultrasonic bone quality, serum Ca, P and CT elevated to varying degrees, in direct proportion with severity of the hepatic diseases. |
