MSCT在甲状腺良恶性结节诊断中的价值

摘    要:目的:探讨 MSCT 在甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断中的价值。方法收集我院经手术或穿刺活检并有病理结果的105例患者(143个甲状腺结节)的 MSCT 平扫及增强检查资料,比较143个甲状腺良、恶性结节的 MSCT 影像学特征;采用SPSS21.0软件进行统计学数据的处理,以 P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果甲状腺良、恶性结节在结节数目、形态、边缘、结节内钙化情况、是否囊性变、强化特点、强化后边缘、边缘中断征及有无颈部淋巴结肿大等征象上有统计学差异(P <0.05)。而在甲状腺结节发生部位、结节直径上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MSCT 检查对甲状腺良恶性结节鉴别诊断具有很高的价值,全面分析甲状腺结节 MSCT 平扫及增强特征能有效提高诊断的准确性。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MSCT in thyroid nodules .Methods 105 patients with thyroid nod‐ules (143 nodules) ,that confirmed by pathology ,with plain and contrast enhanced CT examination data .comparing the MSCT imaging features of benign and malignant nodules .SPSS21 software was used for statistical treatment ,P< 0.05 had significant difference .Results Benign and malignant thyroid nodules in the number ,shape ,edge ,calcifications ,cysts ,enhanced features , rear edge ,nodular enhancement ,enhanced residual ring syndrome and enlarged cervical lymph nodes have significant statistical ‐ly difference (P< 0.05) .No significant difference in the maximum diameter and nodule position (P > 0.05) .Conclusion The MSCT examination has a high value in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules ,a comprehensive analysis of thyroid nodules in plain and contrast enhanced MSCT features can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis .
