伊贝沙坦和福辛普利治疗糖尿病肾病合并高血压的疗效比较

目的 观察伊贝沙坦和福辛普利对早期糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者血压及尿微量白蛋白 (microalbuminuria,MA)的影响。方法 将42例患者随机分伊贝沙坦组(150mg／次,1次／日,22例)和福辛普利 组(10mg／次,1次／日,20例)。两组均治疗4个月,并观察其治疗前后血压及MA的变化。结果 两组血压及MA 均明显降低(P<0.01),但两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。两组治疗后MA下降幅度与收缩压、舒张压下降幅度之 间比较无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论 伊贝沙坦和福辛普利均能有效降低血压,减少尿蛋白的排泄,保护肾脏。

Effects comparison of Irbesartan and Fosinopril on early diabetic nephropathy with hypertension

Objective It is to observe Irbesartan and Fosinopril on early diabetic nephropathy with hypertension. Methods Forty-two patients were randomly divided into two groups. One group was treated with Irbesartan (150mg, qd, n=22) and the other group was treated with Fosinopril (10mg, qd, n=20) for 4months. Then the changes of blood pressure and MA were observed after treatment. Results BP and MA in the two groups were obviously decreased after treatment (P<0.01). No significant difference was found between Irbesartan group and Fosinopril group (P>0.05). No significant correlation between the magnitude of decrease of MA and that of SBP or DBP was found in the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions Irbesartan or Fosinopril has beneficial effect on the decrease of BP and MA, and they can protect kidney.
