| 摘 要： | 妊娠期女性因激素水平的改变易出现胃肠道症状,其中妊娠合并急性胰腺炎尤为严重,可能会危及母婴安全。妊娠期急性胰腺炎在诊断、治疗等方面具有特殊性。本文就妊娠期急性胰腺炎的病因、对母婴的影响、诊断、治疗等相关问题作一综述,以期能提高消化科医师和产科医师对本病的认识。

| Abstract: | Pregnant women might experience gastrointestinal symptoms because of the alteration of hormones. An attack of acute pancreatitis during pregnancy was thought to be particularly severe, which might be dangerous to both pregnant women and fetus. The diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis during pregnancy has its specificity. This article reviewed the etiological factor, its impact on pregnant women and fetus, diagnosis and management of acute pancreatitis during pregnancy for further improving the understanding of the disease by gastroenterologists and obstetricians. |
