甘肃省中医适宜技术培训效果及满意度分析

目的 了解甘肃省中医适宜技术的培训效果及其满意度,为提高培训效果及促进中医适宜技术的推广提供参考依据。方法 对甘肃省静宁县、临洮县、永靖县、景泰县和临泽县5个项目县选派的77名卫生技术人员培训前后的考试成绩进行分析;培训后采用问卷方式进行满意度调查。结果 培训后学员的平均成绩由培训前的(28.05±2.23)分提高到(67.22±1.39)分,差异有统计学意义(t=205.763,P<0.01);26.96%的学员认为中医适宜技术很难,34.17%的学员认为一般,38.87%的学员认为容易;67.08%的学员认为技术已掌握技术,但有66.77%的学员认为不能熟练应用;59.87%的学员认为需要再培训;81.21%的学员对授课专家讲课效果认为满意,17.92%的学员认为一般,0.87%的学员认为不满意;82.37%的学员对互动强化效果认为满意,17.05%的学员认为一般,0.58%的学员认为不满意,91.91%的学员对多媒体幻灯+技能操作+VCD影像的授课方式满意。结论 甘肃省中医适宜技术培训取得一定效果,但仍需加强实践技能操作环节的培训。

Effect and satisfaction of appropriate technique training for Chinese medicine in Gansu province

Objective To understand the effect and satisfaction of appropriate technique training for Chinese medicine in Gansu province and to provide basis for the improvement of the training and the popularization of appropriate technique of Chinese medicine.Methods The average scores before and after the training among 77 health professionals coming from five project counties were analyzed.After the training,a questionnaire survey on satisfaction of the training was done.Results The average score of the trainees was improved from 28.05±2.23 to 67.22±1.39 after the training with a statistical difference(t=205.763,P < 0.01).26.96% of the trainees thought appropriate technique of Chinese medicine was very dif ficult; 34.17% thought the technique was general and 38.87% thought the technique was easy.67.08% of the trainees agreed that they had mastered the technique;66.77% thought they hadnptmaste redpractical skill and 59.87% thoughtre training was necessary.81.21% of the trainees were satisfied with the teacher splecture;17.92% thought the teachers' lecture was general and 0.87% dissatisfied.82.37% of the trainees were satisfied with interaction streng thening;17.05% thought interaction streng thening was general and only 0.58% dissatisfied.91.91% of the trainees were satisfied with
