非人工呼吸下大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型的复制

摘    要:目的推荐一种非人工呼吸自然条件下快速复制大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型的术式。方法选用健康SD大鼠制作模型,游离胸大肌后,于第3.4肋间撑开肋骨约0.5~1.0cm,暴露心脏,冠状动脉下穿线,其过程要求迅速以维持胸内负压,随后立即复位关胸。提线时以标Ⅱ导联心电图改变为阻断血流指标,连续缺血15min,松线,缝合切口。结果此法模型复制成功率可达95%以上,术后无死亡。结论该模型复制方法式简便易行,成功率及成活率高。

The Effective Method to Estabilish Rat Models of Myocardial Ischemia Reeperfusion under Non-artificial Res- piratory

Abstract:Objective: To introduce a method to estabilish myocardial ischemia reperfusion model without artificial respiration in rats. Methods: Healthy SD rats were made to models. Performed the left - sided thoracotomy from the third to fouth intercostal space to open the thoracic cavity O. 5 - 1.0 cm and exposed the heart. Passed through the cardiac muscle under the left coronary artery with a thread and returned the heart to the thoracis cavity then clamped the incisal opening immediately. The change of the electrocardiogram of lead Ⅱ could be regraded as the index of the blockage of blood flow when tension the thread. Slack off the thread after keeped the situation 15 min then sewed the incisal opening. Results: The successful rate of the method was above 95% and no rat died after the operation. Conclusion: The method of estabilish rat models of myocardial ischemia reperfusion is simple and comvenient, with high successful rate and survival rate.
