军队边远地区离退休干部医疗保健服务调查

目的了解某战区边远地区老干部医疗保健服务现况，摸清存在的主要问题，提出对策建议以供参考。方法自拟调查问卷，对某战区30个边远地区干休所（点）784名离休干部的问卷结果进行统计分析。结果根据离退休干部的普遍反映，结合近年来总部、军区抓干休所卫生所“达标创先”活动的成功实践，归纳了某战区干休所医疗保健工作4个方面的成绩及3个方面的问题。结论建议科学统筹离退休干部标准经费、着眼干休所一线能力建设、设法延伸体系医院服务保障半径。

Analysis on Heath Care Service of Retired Army Cadres in Remote Areas

Objective To investigate the status of health care service of retired army cadre in remote areas and put forward some countermeasures. Methods Simulating questionnaires were applied to 784 retired army cadres from 30 remote cadre - recuperation areas （dot）. Results There were four aspects of the main achievements and three aspects of the problems in health work of retired army cadres. Conclusions It is recommended to plan as a whole fund of old cadres, to strengthen the service ability of cadre - recuperation areas, and to extend the radius of service assurance of hospitals.
