| 摘 要： | 采用输尿管肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石８１例，结果１次碎石取石成功率为７９．０％，其中输尿管上段结石６５．６％，中段为７７．７％，下段为９０．０％，认为输尿管肾镜气压弹道碎石术具有成功率高，安全，创伤小等优点，是治疗输尿管中，下段结石的首选治疗方法，对于有粘连包裹的上段结石，应用此术并配合ＥＳＷＬ可明显提高碎石排石率。

| Abstract: | Ballast lithotripsy under transurethral ureteropyeloscopy has been carried out for 81cases with ureteral calculi. Of the 81 patients 64 were responded to lithotripsy and successful stoneremoval has been achieved. The success rate of the one-stage for all patients exceeded 79. 0%(65. 6% in upper ureter, 77. 7% in middle ureter, 90. 0% in lower ureter). Ballast lithotripsy undertransurethral ureteropyeloscopy should be the first choice of treatment for the middle and lowerureteral stone. It may increase the rate of lithotripsy and ESWL to treat the ureteral calculi with inflammatoryureteral polyp and/or encapsulation of the calculi by granulation of the calculi by granulation tissue. The procedure was claimed to be safe and less trauma and a high success rate. |
