人参皂甙Re对大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注损伤时心肌和血浆前列腺素E_2水平的影响

摘    要:在大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注损伤模型上,研究了人参皂甙Re(10mg/kg和20mg/kg)对心肌和血浆中前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)水平的影响,并与维拉帕米进行了比较。人参皂甙Re10mg/kg和20mg/kg及维拉帕米均可抑制大鼠心肌和血浆中PGE_2水平的升高,并且人参皂甙Re10mg/kg和20mg/kg的作用均优于维拉帕米,提示人参皂甙Re对大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注时在循环血中和心肌内PGE_2大量蓄积所致的心脏损害有显著的保护作用。

Abstract:The contents of PGE_2 in myocardium and plasma are obviously increasing during rat myocardium ischemia/reperfusion damage. Large or small dose of ginsenoside Re (20mg/kg, 10mg/kg) and verapamil (0.2mg/kg) can reduce the contents of PGE_2 during rat myocardium ischemia/reperfusion, they also can abate the rat myocardium ischemia/reperfusion damage caused by PGE_2 in vitro. It suggests that ginsenoside Re on reducing the contsnts of PGE_2 in rat myocardium and plasma is better than verapamil. Those results further demonstrate that ginseosidc Re has the anti-lipid peroxidation effect and the prevention and cure effects during myocardium ischemia/reperfusion damage.
