中药材GAP实施的国内外比较与相关基地建设问题

文章阐述了中药材GAP的含义、内容和在国内外实施的情况，比较了欧共体、日本天然药材生产与中药材规范化生产技术标准的异同，指出中药材GAP基地建设应把握的4个核心问题。在经基础上提出中药材GPA基地建设应领会GAP真谛、提倡创新意识，控制基地规模，鼓励企业介入和加大科技投入的建议。

Comparision of GAP Implementation in China and Abroad and Base Construction of Chinese Medicinal Materials

In this paper,the conception and content as well as the general research situation in China and abroad of Chinese medicinal materials' GAP are stated,the criterions of standard production techniques of natural medicinal materials in the countries of the European Union and Japan are compared with those of Chinese medicinal materials and the four key problems of their GAP base construction are indicated,and then such proposals are made that the essence of GAP base construction of Chinese medicinal materials should be understood,new ideas be encouraged,the scale of GAP base be controlled,the participation of enterprises be inspired and the input of science and technology in research and production in this area be enhanced.
