| 摘 要： | 知情同意原则是临床上处理医患关系的基本伦理准则之一,有利于医患双方沟通;医疗纠纷防范及医疗质量提高。并对知情同意原则的基本内容,伦理学及法律依据,临床适用进行了叙述,对完善医患谈话制度提出了设想和建议。

| Abstract: | The article points out that the patients' knowing the inside story and consenting is one of the basic ethic principles in dealing with the relation between the patients and health care givers, and it is in favor of the communication between the patients and health care givers, the resolution of medical disputes and the improvement of health care quality. The article also describes the contents of knowing the inside story and consenting, and its basis of ethics and law, and advances a tentative idea and suggestion about consummating the system of the communication between the patients and health care givers. |
