徐州市城市居民近10年食物消费变化及其对营养相关性疾病的影响

目的：研究20世纪90年代徐州市城市居民食物消费与膳食结构变化对营养素摄簇营养相关性疾病的影响。方法：采用随机抽样调查方法获取20世纪90年代徐州市城市居民食物消费资料，按中国期望膳食模式评分法（DDP）对膳食结构进行综合评价。结果：10年来徐州市城市居民食物消费及膳食结构已发生明显变化，DDP评分显示，植物性食品评分偏低，动物性食品评分超标。钙摄入量仅达推荐膳食供给量的44．6％，同期营养相关性疾病死亡率显著增高。结论：食物消费及膳食结构变化对徐州市城市居民健康产生的负面影响应引起足够重视。

The effect of food consumption changes on the morbidity of certain nutrition- relateddiseases in Xuzhou urban residents during the past decade

Objective To investigate the effect of food consumption and dietary pattern on the nutrition-related diseases in Xuzhou urban residents during the 1990s. Methods The data of food consumption were collected by randomized sampling and an integrated evaluation of the food pattern was carried out according to the desirable dietary pattern (DDP) of China. Results Data analysis showed that the dietary pattern of Xuzhou urban residents was changed remarkably during past ten years. The score of vegetable food was lower than DDP standard, while the score of animal food was too high. Calcium intake was 44.6% of the RDA. And the mortality of certain nutrition-related diseases was increased singnifically during the 90s. Conclusion Much atterntion should be paied to the negative effects of the changes in food consumption and dietary pattern on the health status of Xuzhou urban residents.
