30例额叶癫痫患者的临床特点及视频脑电图分析

目的 分析额叶癫痫患者的临床特点、视频脑电图（VEEG）表现和抗痫治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析30例额叶癫痫患者的临床表现、VEEG变化和抗痫治疗效果。结果 额叶癫痫常见的发作形式为复杂部分性发作，其发作持续时间较短，发作较频繁，发作间歇期有时VEEG可无阳性所见，典型的临床发作及发作时VEEG记录到的额部或以额部为主的继发同步暴发节律有助于诊断。抗痫治疗有效率为86，7％。结论 额叶癫痫是一种具有临床特征性表现的癫痫综合征，易与假性抽搐相混淆。卡马西平和丙戊酸钠联合应用有较好的治疗效果。

The Clinical Manifestation and Video-EEG Featurs of 30 Patients with Frontal Lobe Epilepsy

Objective To observe the clinical manifestation, video -EEG features and anti -epileptic treatment efficiency in frontal epilepsy patients. Methods The clinical manifestation, video - EEG and anti - epileptic treatment efficiency in frontal epilepsy patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results Complex partial seizure was the main clinical manifestation of frontal lobe epilepsy. Its features included shorter duration, more frequent attacks, and sometimes no positive video - EEG findings in the interictal periods. Typical manifestation and secondary synchronous burst rhythm recorded by video - EEG were helpful for diagnosis. Conclusion Frontal lobe epilepsy is an epileptic syndrome that has distinct clinical manifestation, Usually, it is very difficult to distinguish frontal lobe epilepsy from pseudoseizures. Timely and correct diagnosis is helpful for its treatment. Combination of carbamazepine and valproic acid can obtain better effects.
