| 摘 要： | 通过建立应急分队护理人员的组织体系，确立了科学的训练模式和内容，并加强了平常的训练工作，以确保在未来战场上及灾难性突发事件中能迅速的、有效地展开救护，在今年赴川抗震救灾中，充分体现了应急分队救护工作的有效性，医疗队救护工作达到了无一例死亡，无一例截肢，无一例感染。

| Abstract: | Through setting up the organization system of emergency medical detachment,we established scientific training mode and content,strengthened the ordinary training work.These measures were helpful to enhance the capability in disaster sudden events rescue.The practice in Wenchuan earthquake rescue proved that the nursing work of emergency medical detachment was effective. |
