| 摘 要： | <正> 硬膜外麻醉是目前国内最常用的麻醉方法之一。在硬膜外麻醉时硬膜外腔出血并不少见。虽然一般出血量不多,极少形成血肿而压迫脊髓,但硬外腔出血容易导致麻醉效果不佳和局麻药吸收中毒,对麻醉的成败有一定的关系。因此对它发生的规律,预防和处理值得探讨。文献中对这一问题的讨论不多,兹结合我们的实践体会,就硬膜外麻醉时硬膜外腔出血的有关因素,预防和处理作一讨论。

| Abstract: | Epidural hemorrhage during epidural anesthesia is not uncommon.The rate is 21.3%in our 328 cases.The main factors related are. intraspinal venous stagnation, a catheter which is rather too hard and a rapid insertion of the catheter.The relation ship between hemorrhage and anesthetic effect, the prevention and management of epidural hemorrhage during epidural anesthesia are also discussed. |
