成人正常前列腺的解剖学和组织学观察

目的：研究前列腺及其邻近结构的解剖学和组织学，供临床参考。方法：在肉眼观察的基础上，应用光镜、部分用电镜、特染和免疫组化。观察５０例成人前列腺标本。结果：前列腺可分为纤维肌肉性间质和固有腺体两大部分。固有腺体可分为三个区：中央区、外周区、称行区；各具解剖和组织学特点。结论：观察证实并支持ＭｃＮｅａｌ关于前列腺分区的新概念。

OBSERVATION ON NORMAL PROSTATIC ANATOMY AND HISTOLOGY IN ADULTS

Objective To investigate the anatomy and histology of the prostate and the organs adjacent to it fot references to clinician. Methods In addition to macrography, light microscopy, partial electron microscopy, histochemistry and immunohistochemistry were used to observe the structure of 50 cases of adult prostate. Results Two components of the prostate, parenchymal glands, stroma of fibrous and muscular tissues were identified. Parenchymal gland was able to be subdivided into 3 zones central zone, peripheral zone, transitional zone. Conclusion Based on our present findings we favor McNeal's new concept of prostate zone demarcation.
