社区护士实施延续性护理支持性需求问卷的编制及信效度检验

目的编制社区护士实施延续性护理支持性需求问卷,并进行信效度检验。方法通过文献分析、小组讨论、质性访谈初步构建问卷,经过两轮德尔菲专家咨询后形成预试问卷,并对杭州市180名社区护士进行预调查,并采用项目分析、Cronbach's α系数、分半信度、探索性因子分析等对问卷的信效度进行检验。结果形成的社区护士实施延续性护理支持性需求问卷共有8个维度和58项条目,问卷总体Cronbach's α系数为0.978,分半信度为0.819,全体一致性内容效度指数为0.969。结论社区护士实施延续性护理支持性需求调查问卷的稳定性与可靠性较好,可用于评价社区护士对实施延续性护理支持性需求现状情况。

Development and test of reliability and validity of sustained nursing support needs questionnaire for community nurses

Objective To prepare community nurses to implement the continuous nursing support needs questionnaire and to carry out the reliability and validity test.Method The questionnaire was constructed through literature analysis,group discussion and qualitative interview.After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,a pre-test questionnaire was formed,and 180 community nurses in Hangzhou were pre-investigated,and project analysis,Cronbach's α Coefficients,sub-confidence,and exploratory factor analysis were used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results The formed community nurses implemented a continuous nursing support demand questionnaire with 8 dimensions and 58 items.The overall Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.978,the split-half reliability was 0.819,and the overall consistency content validity index was 0.969.Conclusion The stability and reliability of the questionnaire for community nurses implementing the continuous care support needs questionnaire can be used to evaluate the current situation of community nurses' support needs for implementing continuous care.
