SBAR模式在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者转运交接中的应用

目的探讨SBAR模式在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者转运交接中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月-2018年2月,在我院接受PCI治疗的患者127例,按入院先后顺序分为对照组62例和SBAR组65例。对照组采用常规的患者转运交接方法,SBAR组采用SBAR模式指导下的转运交接方法,比较两组患者平均转运交接时间、护理服务满意度、转运交接缺陷发生率(包括遗漏病情、转运记录不完整、床旁交接不全面、药品和物品遗漏)。结果 SBAR组患者的平均转运交接时间较对照组长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SBAR组患者的护理服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SBAR组患者的转运交接缺陷发生率明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SBAR模式指导下的PCI患者转运交接,可规范PCI患者的转运交接流程,提高患者护理服务满意度,亦可保障PCI患者转运交接过程中的安全和医疗信息完整,值得进一步推广和使用。

Application of SBAR model in the transportation of patients with PCI

Objective To study the application of SBAR model for transportation of patients with PCI.Methods:127 hospitalized patients were selected and divided into control group and SBAR group.Patient in SBAR group was implemented intervention of SBAR model for transportation.Patients in control group was implemented the routine for transportation.The time for transportation,satisfaction of nursing,mistake ratios between two groups were compared.Results:The time of transportation in SBAR team is longer than in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing is better than in the control group(P<0.05).The mistake ratios during transport are lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The affection of intervention based on SBAR model is significant,it can enforce standard procedures,improve satisfaction,keep patients safety and the integrity of medical records.It's worthy of further promotion and application.
