C-WEMWBS量表在维持性血透患者照顾者中的评估作用

目的探讨汉化版沃里克爱丁堡积极心理健康量表(C-WEMWBS)在维持性血透患者照顾者中的信效度,为研究该组人群积极心理健康水平提供可靠的测量工具。方法于2017年7月-2018年1月,采用目的抽样的方法抽取浙江省瑞安市人民医院慢性肾衰维持性血透治疗患者照顾者256名,对其展开结构式问卷调查,内容包括一般社会学资料及C-WEMWBS等。采用地板效应、天花板效应、条目分析、探索性因子分析、效标关联效度分析、内部一致性信度检验和重测信度等来检验该量表的信效度。结果探索性因子分析提取2个公因子(公因子特征值分别为7.25和1.07),分别解释原变量总方差的51.78%和7.61%,累计方差贡献率达59.39%; C-WEMWBS总分与WHO-5得分呈正相关(r=0.80、P=0.00),总量表Cronbach'sα为0.90,重测信度为0.74(P=0.00)。结论采用C-WEMWBS积极心理健康量表用于测评慢性肾衰行血液透析治疗患者照顾者的积极心理健康状态,有较好的效度和信度。

Evaluation of C-WEMWBS scale in caregivers of maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To evaluate the validity and reliability of the Chinese Version of the Warwick-Edinburgh mental well-being scale(C-WEMWBS) in the caregivers of maintained-hemodialysis patients as to provide a reliable measurement of positive mental health in this kind of group. Methods 256 caregivers of maintained-hemodialysis patients were recruited as participants from July of 2017 to January of 2018 one grade three B hospital. All of them finished questionnaires including general condition questionnaire and C-WEMWBS. The psychometric properties such as floor effect, ceiling effect, item-total correlation, exploratory factor analysis, and internal consistency analysis and test-retest reliability two weeks later was used to examine the reliability and validity. Results Exploratory factor analysis extracts two common factors(common factor eigenvalues are 7.25 and 1.07 respectively), explaining 51.78% and 7.61% of the total variance of the original variable respectively. The cumulative variance contribution rate is 59.39%.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 59.39%. The total score of C-WEMWBS was positively correlated with WHO-5 score(r=0.80, P=0.00), the total table Cronbach’s a was 0.90, and the retest reliability was 0.74(P=0.00). There was a strong correlation(r=0.80, P=0.00) between the C-WEMWBS and WHO-5. The internal consistency reliability was 0.90 and the test-retest reliability 0.74(P=0.00). Conclusions The C-WEMWBS is a reliable quantitative tool for evaluating positive mental health in the caregivers of maintained-hemodialysis patients, and this has important implications for overall assessments of well-being.
