武维屏教授应用桑苏桂苓汤治疗支饮经验

支饮是中医临床常见病种,涵盖了现代医学的多种疾病。武维屏教授擅用桑苏桂苓汤加减治疗支饮。临床中,先抓主症而定支饮之病,治宜桑苏桂苓汤加减。强调认识疾病之轻重缓急,先咳喘而后肿胀为“肿喘”一候。桑苏桂苓汤三焦分治祛水饮,五脏同调和为上。在此方证基础上,若为外感,驱邪最重要,若无外感,须调气并通阳。支饮之实证,病由肺及肾,虚证则由肾及肺,观疾病之整体,当始终实脾脏,久病还须化瘀。

Experience of Professor WU Weiping in the Treatment of Thoracic Fluid Retention by Sangsu Guiling Decoction

Thoracic fluid retention is a common clinical disease of traditional Chinese medicine, covering a variety of diseases in modern medicine. Professor WU Weiping is good at using modified Sangsu Guiling Decoction to treat thoracic fluid retention. Clinically, thoracic fluid retention is diagnosed by grasping the main symptoms first, and the treatment is applying the modified Sangsu Guiling Decoction. The order of severity of the disease is highlighted: cough and wheezing followed by swelling is considered as the primary symptom -"swelling and wheezing". Sangsu Guiling Decoction can dispel fluid retention by respectively treating triple energizer and simultaneously regulating five zang-organs to harmonization. On the basis of this decoction and syndrome, if there is external contraction, dispelling pathogen is the most important;if there is no external contraction, regulating Qi and activating Yang need to be done. The excess syndrome of thoracic fluid retention is from lung to kidney, and the deficiency syndrome is from kidney to lung. From the overall view of the disease, firming spleen is always needed;and dissolving stasis is also needed in long-term illness.
