加速康复外科护理对胰十二指肠切除术患者康复效果影响的Meta分析

目的通过Meta分析的方法评价加速康复外科护理应用于胰十二指肠术患者的康复效果。方法计算机检索万方数据资源系统、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普信息资源系统(VIP)、PubMed数据库、Cochrane Library、OVID、Embase、Scopus,收集所有关于加速康复外科护理对胰十二指肠切除术患者康复效果影响的随机对照试验和临床对照试验。2名研究者根据纳入和排除标准独立检索、筛选文献,并评价文献资料,提取资料,使用RevMan5.3软件进行统计处理。结果共纳入5篇随机对照试验和5篇临床对照试验,1 682例样本,其中实验组773例,对照组909例。Meta分析结果显示,加速康复外科护理与常规护理在并发症的发生率、术后排气(便)时间、缩短住院时间方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理相比,加速康复外科护理能促进行胰十二指肠切除术患者的胃肠道功能恢复,减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间及减少住院费用。

Meta analysis of the effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation of patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy

Objective To explore the clinical rehabilitative effect of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing on patients undergoingpancreatoduodenectomy. Methods We searched independently and in duplicate seven electronic databases(e.g.Wan Fang、CNKI、VIP、Pubmed、Cochane Library、OVID、EmbaseandScopus) until March 2018 for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and Clinical controlled trials(CCTs) of the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery nursingon rehabilitation of patients undergoing pancreatoduodenectomy.Two researchers independently selectedarticles,extracted data,assessed quality, and cross checked the results,Rev Man5.3.1 software was used for the meta-analysis. Results 5 RCTand 5 CCT were enrolled in this meta-analysis,1682 samples, including 773 in the experimental group and 909 in the control group. The meta-analysis indicated that compared with conventional nursing,fast-track surgerynursingcould reduce the incidence of complications, postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay( P <0.05). Conclusions The evidence is encouraging that,compared with conventional nursing, Enhanced recovery after surgery nursing can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with pancreatoduodenectomy, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the time of hospitalization and reduce the cost of hospitalization.
