脑卒中恢复中期患者症状特征的潜在类别分析

目的了解脑卒中恢复中期患者症状的潜在类别特征,并探讨其相关性,为临床工作中对脑卒中患者采取具有针对性的临床干预措施提供相关参考信息。方法采用便利抽样于2017年4月-2018年1月对122例脑卒中恢复中期患者应用一般资料调查表和脑卒中症状体验量表进行调查。结果脑卒中恢复中期患者按照症状特征可分为3个潜在类别(P<0.05),C1:症状高发,低认知障碍,高心理症状组(38%),C2:症状低发,低认知障碍,低心理症状组(32%),C3:症状高发,高认知障碍,高心理症状组(30%);高文化水平与脑卒中恢复中期患者的低认知障碍有关;女性和低文化水平与脑卒中恢复中期患者的症状高发、高心理症状有关。结论脑卒中恢复中期患者症状特征有3个潜在类别,女性及低文化水平者症状高发,更易产生心理症状。提示医护人员应对不同类别的患者进行个性化的症状管理,提高认知水平,缓解其负面情绪,改善患者生活质量。

Analysis of potential classification of symptom characteristics of stroke patients in the mid-recovery period

Objective To understand the potential types and characteristics of symptoms of stroke patients in the mid-recovery stage , and to study their correlation , so as to provide relevant reference information for taking targeted clinical interventions for stroke patients in clinical work. Methods A convenience sampling was used to investigate 122 patients with stroke in the middle recovery stage with general information questionnaire and stroke symptoms experience scale. Results According to the characteristics of symptoms , stroke patients in the middle stage of recovery can be divided into three potential categories (PV0. 05). C1: high incidence of symptoms , low cognitive impairment and high psychological symptoms group (38%). C2 : Low incidence of symptoms , low cognitive impairment , low psychological symptoms group (32%). C3 : High incidence of symptoms , high cognitive impairment , high psychological symptoms group (30%);High education level is associated with low cognitive impairment in patients with stroke in the middle recovery period ,and women and low education level are associated with high incidence of symptoms and high psychological symptoms in patients with stroke in the middle recovery period. Conclusion There are three potential types of symptoms in the mid-recovery stage of stroke. Female and low-educated patients have high incidence of symptoms and are more likely to have psychological symptoms. It is suggested that medical staff should manage the symptoms individually for different types of patients , improve their cognitive level , alleviate their negaiveemoions and improve their qualiy of life.
