| 摘 要： | 目的:研究正常妊娠不同孕期孕妇外周血及脐血中CD4+CD25+T细胞的比例变化,探讨CD4+CD25+T细胞在妊娠中的作用。方法:应用流式细胞技术检测孕妇外周血中CD4+CD25+T细胞的比例变化。结果:正常妊娠过程中孕妇外周血中CD4+CD25+T细胞比例呈周期性变化:妊娠早期较高,中期升至最高,分娩时降至最低,低于正常孕龄非妊娠妇女(P<0.05)。结论:CD4+CD25+T细胞在正常妊娠的免疫耐受中发挥重要作用。
