| 摘 要： | 目的观察严重烧伤患者创面换药操作痛前、后外周血C-反成蛋白（CRP）的变化，探讨CRP可否作为烧伤创面换药操作疼痛的应激反应的监测指标。方法测定在创而换药中有明显操作疼痛的烧伤患者（n=30，A组）和在创面换药中无操作疼痛的烧伤患者（n=30，B组）在创面换药前、后CRP水平的变化，并与正常对照组（n=10，C组）进行比较。结果与C组比较，A、B2组换药前、后CRP均显著升高（P〈0．01）；A绍换药的CRP水平较B组明显升高（P〈0．01）；A组换药后CRP水平较换药前升高（P〈0．05），B组换药前、后CRP无明娃变化（P〉0．05）。结论烧伤创面换药过程中严重的操作疼痛可引起患者外周血CRP升高，CRP可作为烧伤创同换药操作疼痛以及烧伤患者伤后产生应激反应的监测指标之一。
