| 摘 要： | 目的 分析肝泡性包虫病经肝裸区扩散至右肾周间隙的多层螺旋CT表现特点. 资料与方法 回顾性分析手术、病理或临床检验证实的11例腹膜后侵犯的肝泡性包虫病的CT表现. 结果 CT显示右肾周间隙及相邻结构受肝包虫直接侵犯、下腔静脉向前内方推移及肾前间隙器官向前推移. 结论 CT可明确显示肝泡性包虫病可通过肝裸区直接侵犯右肾周间隙.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the multiple-slice spiral CT features of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis(HAE) involving the right perirenal space(RPS).Materials and Methods CT findings in 11 cases with HAE extension into retroperitioneal space proved by histopathology or clinical follow up were evaluated retrospectively.Results CT showed RPS and adjacent structures involved by HAE directly,anteromedial displacement of inferior vena cava,and anterior displacement of prerenal space.Conclusion CT could clearly demonstrat... |
