目的出生缺陷已经成为婴儿死亡的主要原因之一,也成为目前全世界关注的一个重大公共卫生问题。产前超声筛查是干预胎儿出生缺陷的有效手段之一。产科超声的发展和高清晰度彩色超声诊断仪的应用使得胎儿畸形的发现时间大大提前。发达国家已制定了妊娠期的标准化检查方案和超声筛查指南,这对降低出生缺陷率、提高围产期质量起到了不可估量的积极作用,同时也为发展中国家树立了良好的典范。

Progress on the prenatal ultrasound screening for fetal malformation in the stage of early- and mid-pregnancy

Objective By reference to the published database,birth defects are the main causes of infant mortality,and become the main public health problem world widely.Prenatal ultrasound screening is one of the effective means of intervention for birth defects control.Fetal malformation can be detected much earlier with the improvement of prenatal ultrasound screening techniques and the extensive use of high-resolution color Doppler ultrasound instrument.Standardized screening programs for any periods of pregnancy have been set up in the developed countries,which have been playing a positive role in birth defects control and improvement of the quality of perinatal care,and give good examples for developing countries to follow up.
