| 摘 要： | 目的探讨种质与生态环境对泽泻块茎密度的影响。方法将建泽泻与川泽泻种子同年交叉在四川和福建两地种植,得到福建产建泽泻、川泽泻,四川产川泽泻、建泽泻共四种样品,测定四样品的密度。结果产于原产地的建泽泻与川泽泻密度高于交叉种植的同类产物。结论种质与生态环境是影响泽泻地道性的主要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe effect of species and ecosystem on the density of Rhizoma Alismatis.Methods The seeds of Alisma orientale and Alisma plantago-aquatica were cultivated to do alternately both places of Fujian and Shichun Province in the same year,4 various products had been harvested that from Fujian cultivated of Alisma orientale and Alisma plantago-aquatica;and from Shichun product of Alisma plantago-aquatica and Alisma orientale.The density of products was detected respectively by draining method.Results The density of the original habitat products of Alisma orientale and Alisma plantago-aquatica was higher than that of the alternative places.Conclusion The result showed that the species and ecosystem were main factors which impact the genuine of Alisma orientalis. |
