文拉法辛缓释剂与氟西汀治疗伴发躯体症状的抑郁症60例临床对照研究

目的 观察文拉法辛缓释剂（商品名：怡诺思）治疗伴发躯体症状的抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法 对60例伴发躯体症状的抑郁症患者随机分为文拉法辛缓释剂组与氟西汀组进行对照研究，疗程8周，用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和副反应。结果 文拉法辛缓释剂与氟西汀的总体临床疗效相似，副反应也无显著性差异。结论 文拉法辛缓释剂治疗伴发躯体症状的抑郁症安全有效，副作用少，依从性好，文拉法辛缓释剂起效时间较氟西汀快。

A Comparative Study of Venlafaxine Sustained - release Tablets and Fluoxetine in Treatment of Depression with Physical Symptoms

Objective To observe the effects and safety of using Venlafaxine sustained - release in treatment of depression with physical symptoms. Methods Sixty depressive patients with physical symptoms were randomly divided into Venlafaxine Sustained-release group and fluoxetine group. The period of comparative study was 8 Weeks. The efficacy and side effects were evaluated with HAMD and TESS. Results Venlafaxine sustained - release and Fluoxetine had the same effects and had no significant difference in side effects. Conclusion Venlafaxine sustained - release in treatment of depression with physical sympomts was safe and effective . It had tolerance with slight side effects. Venlafaxine sustained-release took effect more rapidly than Fluoxetine.
