湖南永州市食用淡水鱼感染华枝睾吸虫囊蚴调查

目的调查湖南永州市城区食用淡水鱼华枝睾吸虫囊蚴感染情况,为制订肝吸虫病的防治措施提供参考依据。方法选取市区常见的6种食用淡水鱼,采用直接压片法检测各鱼种的囊蚴感染率和人工消化法检查各鱼种的囊蚴感染度,并将收集的囊蚴感染家兔进一步加以证实。结果共采集标本275份,其中鲫鱼82条,鳊鱼45条,鲤鱼38条,鲢鱼42条,草鱼32条,鳙鱼36条。6种主要食用淡水鱼均检出华枝睾吸虫囊蚴,其中鲫鱼检出率和感染度均居首位,分别为14.63%(11/82)和平均感染度为45.3个/g。结论永州市城区食用淡水鱼存在华枝睾吸虫囊蚴感染,对华枝睾吸虫防治应予关注。

Survey of infectious status of fresh water fish with Opisthorchis sinensis in Yongzhou City, Hunan Province

Objective To investigate the infection of Opisthorchis sinensis in fresh water fishes in Yongzhou Cityof and provide basis for formulating a prevention and control measure. Methods 6 species of fresh water fishes were collected randomly from different restaurants. The infection rate of encysted cercaria of Opisthorchis sinensis was determined by direct compression method and the degree of infection was tested by artificial digestion. Furthermore, rabbit infection test was employed to confirm the encysted cercaria. Results 275 samples were collected including 82 Johnny carp,45 Chinese bream, 38 Cyprinus carpio, 42 Hypophthalmichthys molitrix, 32 Ctenopharyngodon idellus and 36 Aristichthys nobilis. Encysted cercariae of Opisthorchis sinensis were discovered in all of the 6 species of fresh water fishes. The infection rate and degree of infection was the highest in Johnny carp, being 14.63%(11/82) and 45.3 eggs/g respectively. There were no significant differences in infection rate in the fishes collected from different restaurant, but the degree of infection in the fishes from small eating houses was higher than those from big restaurants. Conclusion The fishes in the Yongzhou City have been infected with Opisthorchis sinensis. Thus effective measures in control of clonorchiasis be taken.
