鼻咽鳞癌肝转移瘤的超声图像特征

目的　探讨鼻咽鳞癌肝转移瘤的超声图像特点 ,初步观察其病理分化类型、病灶大小和回声强度的关系。方法　观察 1 2 6例鼻咽鳞状上皮癌肝转移瘤的超声图像特征 ,记录其大小、回声、形态、血流以及其病理类型和回声特征。结果鼻咽鳞癌肝转移瘤大多位于肝脏周缘 ,表现为多发低回声类圆形占位性病灶 ,容易发生液化坏死或囊性变 ,部分还可发生钙化。随肿瘤细胞分化类型的提高 ,其回声强度增加 ;随肿瘤直径的增大 ,其回声强度亦增加。结论　鼻咽鳞癌的肝转移瘤超声图像有一定特点 ,掌握其图像的规律性变化 ,对该病的诊断及其疗效判断有一定的临床意义

The Ultrasonographic Character of Hepatic Metastasis from Nasopharyngeal Squamous Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the sonographic features of hepatic metastasis from nasopharyngeal squamous carcinoma (NPC).Methods The ultrasonographic characters of 126 cases of hepatic metastasis from nasopharyngeal squamous carcinoma were carefully observed.The size,echo pattern,morphological form,blood flow and the pathological type were also recorded.Results The masses of hepatic metastasis from squamous NPC mostly located at the border of liver,especially at the right lobe of liver.The tumors showed multiple masses with low echo,and tended to be as colliquation and cyst,even calcificated.There were some regular changes in ultrsound imaging between the pathological type and the echo pattern of metstasis,so were between the size and the echo pattern of metstasis.Conclusion The ultrasonography of hepatic metastasis from nasopharyngeal squamous carcinoma (NPC) have some featrues.There are clinical values to acquire the changes in ultrasonography among the echo pattern,size and pathological type.
